This package is ideal for a variety of Internet, Technology, Consulting or Service businesses that that take their "Nevada Presence" seriously.
Package includes:
- Listing in the main building directory
- Written formal lease agreement
- Use of Private Executive Suite (20 hours per week)
- Use of Boardroom for meetings (5 hours per week)
- Exclusive Suite # for each tenant
- Mail pickup or forwarding Service (3 times per week)
- Package Forwarding Service/Re-mailing Service
- Wired and wireless internet access
- VOIP phone system - free long distance
- Optional 775 or 800 telephone line/directory listing

- Note: Douglas County does not require (or even issue) County Business Licenses
Detailed Package Description
Leasing office space is probably the most important part of establishing your "Nevada Presence". Attempting this independently could cost thousands of dollars and take months to set up. Our service enables the immediate establishment of your "Nevada Executive Office" at an incredibly low cost. Private Suites are fully furnished "work ready" and include wired and wireless internet access and a VOIP telephone system.
Private & Exclusive Executive Suite Number
Each tenant will receive a private and exclusive suite number assigned to their Corporation or LLC, for example "Suite 225".
Executive Mail Forwarding - 3 times weekly
You may pickup your mail daily OR 3 times a week we re-package your mail in a confidential envelope and forward it anywhere in the U.S., postage included. Since postage is included we limit the service to 75 pieces of mail per month. International clients using this service will be sent mail only once per week.
Package Forwarding
All you need to do is provide us with a UPS account number and we will automatically forward any packages received in your corporate name, directly to your "forward to" address. Save hundreds or thousands of dollars in Sales Tax on products you order online! We are not set up to handle large volumes of packages, so we therefore retain the right to discontinue this service for a tenant at any time.
Re-Mailing
Re-Mailing is often overlooked, but may be one of the most important aspects of establishing a Nevada "Executive Suite". You forward out-bound mail to us "postage paid" and sorted per USPS regulations. We then deliver it to the local Post Office for mailing, where it receives a Nevada Postmark. This is an invaluable service for many of our tenants. We are not set up to handle large volumes of re-mailing, so we retain the right to discontinue this service for a tenant at any time.
